The value for money at Puri Rinjani Bungalows was excellent, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location just a short walk from restaurants. The staff treated us well and were always helpful.

Additionally, the hotel's location allows for easy access to the town, where you can explore nearby restaurants and book activities.

Had a great xmas experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the chairs outside to sit on and the availability of towels and slippers. The location of the hotel was also great as it was right across from a clean and quiet beach, and just a short walk away from some good restaurants.

It would be great if they could improve that. there were street dogs running around the hotel garden, which was not very pleasant.

I loved the beautiful garden with old trees and the nice swimming pool that wasn't too cold at night. The staff was super friendly and helpful, providing towels and toys for the beach.

We loved the privacy of the bungalows at Puri Rinjani. They were just steps away from the 24/7 pool, which was a great convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing answers to all our questions. We also enjoyed the convenient location, with the beach across the road and local shops and bars just a short walk away. we had a fantastic stay here.

There was a slight stinky smell from the shower drain when we emptied the sink after shaving. Additionally, the WiFi was not the best, but hey, it's an island after all.
